Can God Hear Me?

It makes me glad to know that I can come to God about everything and anything. He listens to all of us…not just to a select few people. He wants us to talk to Him about how we feel too. When we are angry, frustrated, sad or even when we are happy. He cares for us that much! How much does he care for us? Dying on the cross for us and shedding His blood to take away our sins. Our part is to repent and confess what we have done wrong, and He’ll do the rest. I like to think it this way, if everyone in my family has passed away, God will still be there for me. I can call on Him and He’ll listen to my cry for help.

Jesus Christ cares about our desires, dreams, and our concerns that we have. He wants us to tell Him everything because He loves us. After all, He is the Father to the fatherless and cares for those who are orphans, too.

My family and I always ask for protection when we leave our home if we need to go to go work or we just go out for an outing. It’s important to talk to God about everything. The Holy Bible make sit quite clear that we are to talk to God about our requests to Him. We are to believe and trust for His answer.

I personally believe that He will hear us for our cries for help. When we are in desperate need or just need to cry, He even hears our tears. He hears our hearts when we are broken, He hears us when we are sad, He hears us when we are angry at something or someone, He says to each of us, “Talk to me. I’m listening!”

I cry out to the Lord; I plead for the Lord’s mercy.
I pour out my complaints before him and tell him all my troubles.
When I am overwhelmed, you alone know the way I should turn.
Wherever I go, my enemies have set traps for me.
I look for someone to come and help me, but no one gives me a passing thought!
No one will help me; no one cares a bit what happens to me.
Then I pray to you, O Lord.
I say, “You are my place of refuge.
You are all I really want in life. Hear my cry, for I am very low.
Rescue me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.
Bring me out of prison so I can thank you.
The godly will crowd around me, for you are good to me.”
